Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Tribe app and this website. By using Tribe, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure. You need to be at least 13 to use Tribe.

Tribes and check-ins

A tribe owner sets the habit, the proof rule, and who can invite. Members check in each day to keep their streak. If you own a tribe, changing or deleting it affects everyone in it, so use the owner controls with care.

Be decent

Tribe is for keeping habits with people you know. Don’t use it to harass other members, post content you don’t have the right to share, or break the law. We can remove content or accounts that do.

Pro and payments

Tribe is free to start. Pro is a paid subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, with a free trial that converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

Availability

We work to keep Tribe running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features over time.

Liability

Tribe is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Some places don’t allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above. Continuing to use Tribe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
